Tsukuba, Japan – Korean researchers are improving the fabrication of transistor-based biosensors by using silicon nanowires on their surface. The team, led by Won-Ju Cho of Kwangwoon University in Seoul, based their device on the ‘dual-gate field-effect transistor’ (DG FET).
