CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), a premier developer in Visayas and Mindanao, officially opened the first building of The Pad Co-Living development on May 8, offering a mix of residential options for both short and long-term stays.
Situated in the bustling Banilad area, The Pad Co-Living is tailored to accommodate working professionals, students, and travelers seeking an affordable and strategically located residence.
Building A, the first of two buildings in the development, features 156 rooms with configurations ranging from solo to family occupancy. Each room includes private toilet facilities, with family rooms additionally offering a dining and living area that can house up to four occupants.
The development is designed to foster a community atmosphere among residents, providing a roof deck that features a social kitchen, common spaces, a lounge area, and a laundromat. Monthly rates at The Pad start at PHP 5,800, while daily rates begin at PHP 999.
Looking ahead, CLI is preparing to launch Building B in June, which will cater primarily to short-stay guests such as business travelers and backpackers. This building will introduce a hostel format with 102 rooms and will host two new dining concepts: Sunrisers Brunch + Bistro on the ground floor and Sunset Soirees Rooftop Restaurant on the roof deck, both set to open in June.
The Pad is strategically located on Banilad High Street and is enhanced by a variety of retail offerings nearby. Recent additions include Aloha Mana Spa & Cafe, a 7-Eleven, Your Daily Go Cafe, and a Three Two Brew Pop Up. Future openings will include Aura Beauty Studio, SB KMart, Wu-Yang Cantonese Restaurant, Fraction Fitness, and a Landbank branch.
CLI operates The Pad through its hotel division, CLI Hotels and Resorts Group, and the project is a collaboration with the Farrarons Family of Sugbo Prime under Sugbo Prime Estate Inc.
