Hong Kong’s much-awaited AIA Carnival is set to return in a grand fashion on December 21, 2023, with new experiences and attractions promising to make it the best day of the year for many generations.
The official countdown to the event was launched by Randy Bloom, CEO of Great China Entertainment Group Limited; Siobhan Haughey, AIA Hong Kong and Macau Ambassador and Hong Kong Swimmer; and Alger Fung, Chief Executive Officer of AIA Hong Kong & Macau.
This year’s Carnival will be the first mask-free Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Chinese New Year event in recent times. The organisers and AIA Hong Kong, the event’s title sponsor, will unveil a revitalised array of elements and several promotions for the public.
AIA Hong Kong will also give away free tickets to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel on May 20th and 21st, in support of the HKSAR Government’s “Hello Hong Kong” and “Happy Hong Kong” campaigns.
Fung expressed his delight in sponsoring the AIA Carnival for the seventh time and emphasized AIA’s commitment to bringing joy and helping people live healthier, longer, better lives.
The AIA Carnival will feature new and returning rides, soft toys, and plenty of anticipated attractions. Over a million guests are expected to attend the event during the festive period.
Ms Siobhan Haughey, AIA Hong Kong and Macau Ambassador, expressed her excitement for the Carnival’s return, and shared her plans to visit with family and friends.
More details about the event will be released later in the year, with promotional campaigns and public giveaways throughout the summer period at the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and AIA Vitality Park on Central’s harbour front. – BusinessNewsAsia.com
