SterlingLand is also considering the paving of a 50-meter road that will connect Minglanilla and Toledo. The road is projected to be opened in two to three years.

The property will also feature a huge statue of the Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, inspired by Christ the Redeemer in Rio Janeiro, Brazil, Padilla added. The statue will be designed by top Cebuano sculptor Architect Vic Gulani.
